Charles A. Tamuleviz

Mr. Tamuleviz is a litigator whose practice focuses on the representation of individuals and businesses in criminal and complex civil litigation. His experience also includes the representation of clients in federal and state grand jury investigations involving allegations of public corruption, mail & wire fraud, income tax fraud, health care fraud, bank fraud, and investment fraud, as well as complex civil disputes, including commercial real estate related matters. Mr. Tamuleviz has 25 years of criminal and civil litigation experience, including numerous jury trials in federal and state courts. For 14 years, he was a prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice, during which time he oversaw grand jury investigations and prosecuted white collar crime and corruption cases. Of his 14 years with the Department of Justice, 9 were with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Rhode Island, including time as Senior Litigation Counsel. While he was with the Department of Justice, Mr. Tamuleviz received multiple awards in recognition of his prosecutorial achievements.
Mr. Tamuleviz is admitted to practice in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Utah, as well as the U.S. District Courts in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Utah.
Mr. Tamuleviz graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 1980 (BA Economics) and Suffolk University Law School in 1983 (JD cum laude).

Supreme Judicial Court, the Illinois Supreme Court,
the Connecticut Supreme Court and the Vermont Supreme
Court license their respective lawyers in the general
practice of law, but do not license or certify any
lawyer as an expert or specialist in any field of
