Mr. Baxter is an experienced attorney with an extremely valuable background in both the legal and business sides of transactions and matters. Mr. Baxter represents a variety of clients in the acquisition and disposition of real estate, as well as land development.  He also works with lenders and borrowers on complex lending transactions (both debt financing and equity investment and participation structures). Additionally, he regularly assists clients with corporate/business law needs such as entity formation, negotiation and preparation of operating agreements, joint venture agreements, and other related matters.    

Before joining DarrowEverett LLP he was a practitioner serving clients in a variety of commercial matters, with a primary focus on real estate, business transactions, finance/lending, and corporate matters.  Prior to entering into the private practice of law, Mr. Baxter was General Counsel and Director of Operations for a New England-based boutique real estate development and investment company. In this capacity he worked on numerous acquisition and development projects, including the development of an international casino, multiple land development projects (including hospitality and resort developments), and other business ventures.
