Mr. Everett’s practice concentrates in the areas of commercial real estate and general business law. His commercial real estate practice includes, among other things, commercial leasing, acquisitions and sales, development, financing, condominium formation and operations, and land use issues.

Among many other matters and projects, Mr. Everett has worked extensively with a Fortune 100 retailer in its site acquisition and ground leasing program, and together with Mr. Darrow has created the legal structure and documentation for one of Rhode Island’s largest high-end waterfront condominium and resort developments. Mr. Everett represents the landlords of several prominent office properties in the Massachusetts and Rhode Island markets. Mr. Everett also has extensive experience in environmental matters, municipal law, real estate tax planning, and general business law.

Prior to co-founding DarrowEverett LLP, Mr. Everett was a partner at a highly regarded Boston and Providence based law firm, and assistant General Counsel for a subsidiary of a well known New York based hedge fund.
