Mr. Faraci’s practice primarily focuses on commercial real estate transactions, leasing, development, land use and real estate litigation matters.

Mr. Faraci handles the leasing for various local and national developers and commercial property owners. Such leasing representation includes all aspects of office, industrial, retail, multi-family and mixed use leases from both the landlord and tenant perspective. Mr. Faraci also has experience with representing institutional lenders in a variety of financing transactions, including both senior and mezzanine financing.

Mr. Faraci also has also been involved in many facets of real estate litigation, including commercial leasing disputes, commercial evictions and land use litigation in both the Superior and District Courts of Rhode Island.
