David V. Igliozzi
Of Counsel
Mr. Igliozzi’s practice concentrates in the areas of commercial real estate and business law with expertise in acquisition, disposition, zoning, permitting, and land development, representing both developers and municipalities. He also represents clients before courts in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Mr. Igliozzi has served as Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Rhode Island, Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Providence, Assistant Town Solicitor for the Town of Smithfield, Special Counsel for the Town of South Kingstown, Arbitrator for the Rhode Island Superior Court, and member of the Rhode Island State Housing Appeals Board. Mr. Igliozzi was elected to the Rhode Island State Senate where he served on the Judiciary and Labor Committees, and the Providence City Council where he served as Majority Leader.

the Connecticut Supreme Court and the Vermont Supreme
Court license their respective lawyers in the general
practice of law, but do not license or certify any
lawyer as an expert or specialist in any field of
