Ms. Oberg’s practice concentrates in the areas of general business law, commercial real estate (with an emphasis on real estate tax matters), and business and personal tax planning. Among many areas of
expertise, Ms. Oberg has extensive experience representing family owned businesses of every size, as
well as facilitating all aspects of IRS Section 1031 like-kind exchanges, commercial real estate financing, both lending and borrowing, personal estate and tax planning. Ms. Oberg has worked on several projects for highly regarded national hotel and condominium developers, has represented a multitude of companies on corporate and tax matters, and has assisted many individuals in connection with their tax and estate planning needs. Ms. Oberg also has a great deal of experience in counseling tax driven strategies and transactions, and land use/permitting.
