Family Law Practice Leader

Overview

Nashville-based Alexandria D. Hurst is the Practice Leader of DarrowEverett’s Family Law Practice Group for our Tennessee office. Alex primarily focuses on divorces and child custody cases involving complex issues such as asset/debt distribution and children’s visitation schedules. She also handles guardianships, dependency & neglect actions, and adoptions. Outside family law, she also helps clients with estate planning, creating wills and trusts, conservatorships, power of attorney issues, and probate litigation.

She zealously advocates for her clients in court to get them the best outcomes possible. In addition to her litigation skills, Alex guides clients through negotiations, working to settle their cases if possible. No matter what step of the process, she advises clients how to make insightful decisions pending a trial to keep their assets, children, and goodwill with the court safe. Alex understands that clients going through such an emotional journey want to be heard and protected. Those are her goals, too, as she takes action for you and your children.
