Allison E. Krause is a Senior Associate in DarrowEverett’s Commercial Real Estate Practice and Private Wealth Services Groups. She oversees all residential real estate transactions in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and supports the Commercial Real Estate Practice. Allison’s clients range from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors, as well as conventional and private lenders. As such, while her primary focus is residential real estate, she works within the commercial and finance sectors as well. Allison has extensive experience conducting closings, reviewing complex title matters, entity formation, as well as drafting residential and commercial documents.
Prior to joining DarrowEverett, Allison’s practice was focused on real estate. Allison also has a substantial litigation experience from her time spent working as a Special Assistant Attorney General, representing the State in District, Superior, and Supreme Courts. Allison also served as a Law Clerk for the state of Rhode Island Superior Court, where she assisted Justices in legal research, drafting Decisions, and other memoranda.
