Allison R. Lane is a Partner and Co-Chair of our Commercial Real Estate Practice Group and has twenty-five years of experience with a practice focused primarily on real estate, finance, and business law.
Allison’s work focuses on different aspects of each practice area, including commercial and residential real estate transactions and commercial lending. In doing so, she has worked with numerous clients ranging from individuals to non-profits to for-profit institutions of all sizes. Allison has extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of condominium law as well as complex title and survey matters.
Additionally, Allison represents both lenders and borrowers in private lending as well as traditional financing matters and regularly works with our corporate financing practice in preparing corporate documents concerning acquisitions, sales, and financing.
Prior to joining the DarrowEverett team, Allison worked at a highly regarded Boston law firm. Subsequently, she worked in central Massachusetts for almost 15 years, where she focused her practice on real estate, commercial lending, and corporate law. Allison moved her practice to Rhode Island before joining DarrowEverett in 2013.
