Overview

Andrew J. Adams is a Senior Associate and the Practice Leader in DarrowEverett’s Labor and Employment Practice Group. He regularly advises clients ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations regarding compliance with state and federal regulations and Human Resource matters, including personnel policies, day-to-day employment issues, and internal investigations.

In his litigation practice, Andrew has represented clients in a wide array of employment disputes and additionally, has provided defense against claims arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and a host of other federal and state labor and employment statutes. Andrew has nationwide experience representing clients before state and federal courts, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and numerous state and federal agencies.

Prior Experience

Before joining the DarrowEverett team and after serving in the United States Navy, Andrew was a labor and employment associate for a boutique New England law firm. While attending Western New England School of Law, Andrew was the Publication Editor for The Western New England Law Review.
