Anthony T. Panebianco is a Senior Associate in DarrowEverett’s Business Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice with over a decade of hands-on experience handling sophisticated business litigation and corporate transactions. Anthony is also a member of the firm’s Trust & Estates and Private Wealth Services practice, handling the litigation aspects to protect the interests of clients and their assets.
In his practice, Anthony has successfully single-chaired trials before the District, Superior, Bankruptcy, Probate and Land Courts of Massachusetts, and has persuasively argued before the Commonwealth’s Appellate Courts. Anthony also has extensive Land Use experience and is a former local Planning Board member. He has appeared before Planning Boards, Zoning Boards of Appeals, and Conservation Commissions throughout Massachusetts. Anthony has also effectively represented employers and employees before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
Anthony’s experience also includes favorable decisions before New York trial courts and the New York Court of Appeals. Anthony’s clients include restaurants, real estate developers, construction companies, and thriving creative innovators. In addition, Anthony has represented musicians, screenwriters, clothing designers, and craftsmen, securing and protecting their copyrights and trademarks.
