Overview

Daniel Divis is an Associate in DarrowEverett’s Corporate & Business Transaction Practice Group. He advises business clients on transactional matters related to mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting, corporate governance and formation, securities law, private placements of equity, debt, and hybrid securities, and financings. In his transactional practice, Daniel helps lead companies from the bid stage through the closing, assisting clients in all facets of the transactional process. He also has experience representing companies and investment advisory firms in connection with investments and has helped
clients establish investment entities.

Prior Experience

Before joining the DarrowEverett team, Daniel was an associate at a well-established regional law firm based in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He focused on transactional matters – specifically middle-market mergers and acquisitions and private equity and venture capital transactions – as well as general corporate governance and securities matters. Prior to law school, he played professional ice hockey in France.
