Julie M. Bradlow is a Partner and the Practice Leader for DarrowEverett’s Tax, and a Practice Leader for its Government Investigations Practice Groups. Her background encompasses federal, state, and international tax planning, tax controversy, employee benefits, executive compensation, corporate law, and regulatory matters. Together with an understanding of such broad-based subject matter, Julie brings practical experience to solving complex problems for her clients.
Prior to joining the DarrowEverett team, Julie served as in-house tax counsel at Fortune 500 aerospace and transportation companies, as well as at two AmLaw 200 law firms and a boutique law firm, where she advised on a wide variety of federal, state, and international tax and employee benefits matters. While at the University of Chicago Law School, Julie was an Associate Editor for the University of Chicago Law Review. Before entering practice, she served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Michael S. Kanne of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. In 2017, Julie was a contestant on the game show Jeopardy!
